We are proud to be recognized among the top startups in Spain and have recently raised a Series A investment of €27 million. Role We are looking for a Junior Sales B2C to join our team in Barcelona. You will assist with the sales of our rental apartments and guest services across markets. The role requires flexibility and a team-oriented mindset, with an understanding of the wider impact of your position. You will contribute to meeting occupancy and revenue goals as well as customer satisfaction targets. As a startup, you will have a high degree of autonomy and will face various challenges and opportunities. Responsibilities Support and assist the sales team with day-to-day tasks Manage the sales cycle from lead reception to closing the deal Convert leads into customers Negotiate with prospective clients Respond to customer inquiries related to new and existing reservations Understand customer needs and provide the best solution Provide personalised support throughout the booking process Maintain clear, transparent, and personalised communication with clients Draft rental agreement contracts Provide administrative support to the Demand team Requirements Experience with a hospitality company and guest services Experience managing customer communications and relations C1 English and C1 Spanish Flexible, resilient, and comfortable with ambiguity and changes Confident working in cross-functional teams Comfortable operating in a startup environment Ukio’s life benefits Private health insurance Flexible remuneration with Payflow Ukio anniversary gift Team buildings and office events Transportation card as needed for travel per policy Breakfast, fruits, snacks, coffee/tea, and popcorn An open culture with no dress code International working environment with diverse nationalities Ukio’s culture values diversity and inclusion.
