We are looking for a Junior Sales Engineer to join the commercial teal of a leading Swiss company specialized in high-precision cutting machinery, based in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior profile who wants to start a career in technical sales and grow within an international and highly specialized industrial environment. You will work closely with the Commercial Director, receiving hands-on training in both the technical product and the sales process, with a clear development and plan towards managing your own clients in the future.
Key Responsibilities
· Support the commercial team in client visits, product demonstrations and technical presentations.
· Assist throughout the full sales cycle, including opportunity follow-up, proposal preparation and technical documentation.
· Learn and understand both the technical aspects of the product and the consultative sales approach.
· Maintain and update the CRM, and support the preparation of commercial reports.
· Participate in industry events, trade fairs and client meetings.
Requirements
· Recent graduate, preferably Engineering or technical background, but not mandatory.
· Fluent English.
· Strong interest in building a career in technical sales within an industrial environment.
· Proactive mindset, willingness to learn and good communication skills.
· Availability to travel.
· No previous experience required. Full training will be provided from day one.
