We are looking for you to join our team as KAM.
Main Responsibilities
Lead the negotiation and execution of annual commercial plans with assigned Key Accounts, ensuring alignment with Persán’s Commercial Policy.
Take full P&L responsibility for the assigned portfolio, maximizing profitability and efficiently managing trade spending, promotions and commercial tariffs.
Design, implement and monitor promotional calendars and trade marketing activities, aiming to optimize sales volume, market share and efficiency.
Actively identify and prospect potential new partners.
Maintain continuous market and competitor analysis, tracking category trends and customer strategies to adapt negotiations and commercial plans accordingly.
Academic Background
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Law, Engineering or similar.
Master’s degree in Sales, Commercial Management or Marketing is highly valued.
Language Skills
High level of English.
Additional languages will be positively valued.
Technical Skills
3–4 years of experience in FMCG.
At least 1 year of experience as KAM.
Knowledge in commercial planning and budgeting.
Capability in calculating and negotiating margins, costings and commercial tariffs to ensure profitability.
Familiarity with the supply chain, production cycles, and logistic.
Proven ability to analyze market assortment.
