THE DIFFERENCE YOU MAKE At Santander, we are building a top-tier AI and Data organization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a Knowledge Base Expert for graph-based AI platforms (like Kumo.ai). You will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining the enterprise knowledge graph that acts as the "brain" for our AI tools. Your mission will be to structure the organization's data as a network of interconnected entities and relationships, enabling AI to uncover complex and predictive insights that are not visible with traditional methods. Key Responsibilities Knowledge Graph Design and Management Design, implement, and evolve the Group's knowledge graph model to faithfully represent business entities (customers, products, transactions) and their relationships. Define the schemas, ontologies, and taxonomies that govern the graph. Be the owner of the knowledge graph, ensuring its quality, consistency, and scalability. Data Curation and Enrichment Identify and integrate various data sources (structured and unstructured) to continuously populate and enrich the graph. Coordinate with data engineering teams to build ETL pipelines optimized for ingestion into graph databases. Ensure the quality and accuracy of the data within the graph to maximize AI performance. Enablement and Support Act as the subject matter expert on the knowledge graph for business, data science, and technology teams. Train users (such as analysts and data scientists) to query and leverage the graph autonomously. Translate business problems into queries and solutions based on graph analysis. Professional Experience – Solid experience working with graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, TigerGraph) and query languages like Cypher or GSQL. (Required). Demonstrable experience in data modeling, ETL, and data architecture. (Required). Hard Skills – Knowledge of graph-based AI platforms (familiarity with tools like Kumo.ai, Katana Graph, etc., will be positively valued). (Required). Ability to structure complex and unstructured information. (Required). Strong communication skills and the ability to connect business needs with technical, data-driven solutions. (Required).
