are now open for you to apply. Our Laboratory Technicians play a key role in driving innovation within our scientific research lab, and we are currently looking to hire two professionals eager to help shape the future of solutions for the coatings industry.

In this role, you will report directly to our R&D Managers, be based at our sites in Polinyà and Santa Perpetua de Mogoda (Spain), and collaborate with an international community of colleagues across multiple functional areas.

We offer a permanent position in our Color Team which consist of, but are not limited to:
Oversees pigment testing
Maintains MTT stock of base paints
Provides support to the organization on color‑related matters
Assists scientists in research and development projects
Prepares experimental paints and test specimens
Vocational education in chemistry is considered an advantage
Role
Additionally, we offer a one‑year contract position, in our Passive Fire Protection Team, a role very similar in scope, but with a few exciting task variations that add breadth and development opportunities:
Support scientists in research and development projects in the area Passive Fire Protection coatings.
Evaluate current and experimental coating systems according to agreed methods, standards and customer specifications.
Keep accurate and complete records and produce quality reports of your laboratory activity.
Ensure maintenance, safety and tidiness of equipment used in R&D laboratory.
This is also an exciting pathway for both early‑career talents looking to gain practical laboratory experience and develop technical skills, as well as for laboratory technicians with some experience who want to continue growing in a professional research environment.
Are You Ready to Achieve Your Full Potential?
A degree or professional training as a laboratory technician is expected.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience working in a laboratory; experience in coatings is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
You are well-structured, proactive and show interest and initiative, with tight-knit collaboration skills and a hands‑on approach in the lab. You feel comfortable working independently and in team as well.
