Key Responsibilities: Lead the engineering team in designing, testing, and commissioning electrical and instrumentation systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution. Develop maintenance and reliability programs. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards. Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments. Qualifications and Skills: Master's degree in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field. 7+ years in E&I engineering, preferably in automotive or battery manufacturing. Expertise in electrical circuits, PLCs, SCADA systems, and instrumentation devices. Strong leadership and project management skills. Fluent in Spanish and English.
