Position: Lead Generator
Location: Málaga or Barcelona, Spain
Employment Type: Full-time, Hybrid
Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses
We are looking for a motivated Lead Generator to join our growing sales and marketing team in either Málaga or Barcelona. In this role, you will play a key part in identifying and qualifying potential business opportunities, supporting demand generation campaigns, and helping our sales teams drive growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities

Enhance account segmentation data within Microsoft Dynamics and Salesforce (SFDC), focusing on high-priority accounts.
Follow up on events, campaigns, and online activities to identify and qualify new leads.
Support local promotional initiatives to generate interest and increase lead flow.
Maintain and improve customer profiles and segmentation data, ensuring accuracy in contact and company information.
Convert unqualified leads into qualified prospects, or pass on partially qualified leads for further development by the sales team.
Collaborate closely with country marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment and consistency in lead management.
Assist in telemarketing and outreach projects, generating new opportunities for Inside Sales Representatives and telesales teams.
Conduct lead qualification calls and online interactions (including chat) to assess needs and potential fit.
Coordinate with sales teams to ensure smooth handovers and effective follow-up on opportunities.

Requirements

Language Skills: Native or fluent French (spoken and written) and good proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).
Right to Work: Full eligibility to live and work in Spain without restrictions.
Experience: Prior experience in a sales or lead generation role, ideally within the technology or B2B environment.
Technical Skills: Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics.
Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Target-driven and proactive with a positive attitude.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Passionate about sales, data, and customer relationships.
