And that means one thing: we need YOU to help us build a world‑class organization.ResponsibilitiesOwn end‑to‑end hiring for GTM and sales roles.Design and run results‑driven sourcing, recruiting, and onboarding playbooks at scale.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers (up to COO/C‑Level) as a trusted advisor.Build proactive hiring strategies and serve as a strong employer brand ambassador.What we’re looking for8+ years recruiting business or operations roles in high‑growth environments.Proven track record building hiring strategies and closing critical GTM and sales roles.Deep sourcing chops: LinkedIn Recruiter, Cord, communities, creative outreach & mapping.Process‑oriented: ATS experience (ideally Greenhouse).Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish is a strong plus.Familiarity with EMEA right‑to‑work and hiring practices.Experience in the travel industry (9.9T travel industry; $75B B2B hotel space).Ready to help us scale our Operations dream team?
