What We Offer
Up to 10 months of real work experience, mentored by Lear professionals.
Program period: July 2026 – May 2027 (Lear Valls).
Up to 950 hours/academic year on site from June 2024 to May 2025 (Lear Valls). Assigned to a real Lear project, focused on automotive that gives you the chance to conduct your TFG/TFM.
Working schedule: 20–35 hours per week.
Economic grant provided.
Career opportunity: Possibility to join Lear at the end of the program based on positive evaluations and available positions.

Requirements
Fluent English (main working language).
Knowledge of additional foreign languages will be considered a plus.
