About The Position
As TUMO prepares to open a new center in Bilbao‑Bizkaia, we are building a team of Workshop Leaders across different learning areas. Each learning area will include 2 to 3 Workshop Leaders who will lead workshops throughout the academic year using the curriculum and pedagogical materials provided by TUMO Armenia. Workshop Leaders are not required to create content from scratch or have prior teaching experience. We seek specialists in their fields who are enthusiastic about the TUMO project and highly motivated to work with young people.
Responsibilities
Support students in their self‑learning activities, answering questions and providing guidance.
Guide students toward completing their learning activities.
Monitor attendance, provide feedback on progress, and motivate hesitant students.
Assist in workshops led by experts in various fields.
Manage student registration, answer inquiries, and oversee enrollment.
Supervise check‑in/out procedures and student card access.
Support other tasks assigned by the Head of Educational Programs or Center Director.
About You / Qualifications
Dynamic, creative, tech‑savvy individual.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Fluency in English and Euskera, both written and spoken (mandatory).
Experience in education or working with young people (preferred).
Availability to work on‑site in Bilbao‑Bizkaia.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Tech proficiency and ease using digital tools and resources.
Strong written, interpersonal, and public speaking skills.
Attention to detail and ability to maintain an up‑to‑date database.
Responsible and reliable, able to work independently and as part of a team.
What We Offer
On‑site location at the TUMO Bilbao‑Bizkaia center in Azkuna Zentroa.
Initial training on‑site and online during the first weeks of September.
Schedule: afternoons 2:30 PM‑6:30 PM and Saturdays 9:00 AM‑5:30 PM.
