The Learning Program Manager plays a pivotal role in designing and delivering cohesive learning paths across regions, service lines, or domains. Acting as a key partner to our business stakeholders, instructional designers, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), the Learning Program Manager ensures that learning initiatives are effectively scoped, developed, and rolled out to meet strategic capability needs. This role combines pedagogic and/or technical expertise with project management rigor to drive impactful learning experiences. The Learning Program manager will work closely with the service lines (except audit & assurance) to optimize the technical training offering as an integrated solution that supports our employees to perform at their best and deliver outstanding quality to our clients. Learning Needs Analysis Understand business priorities, challenges and workforce capabilities in the digital domain Recommend scalable learning solutions that drive measurable performance and behavioural outcomes Develop digital, blended, and face-to-face learning programs aligned with learning objectives and to the expected quality standard Research and curate off-the-shelf training materials where appropriate Monitor learner feedback and performance data to continuously improve programs Interact with Learning community/related professsions and update the community on new initiatives or projects Facilitation/moderation of training if needed Empower SMEs to contribute effectively to content development, review and validation Project Management Lead end-to-end operational management of learning xcskxlj projects in collaboration with the support team Develop project plans, timelines, and identify resource requirements Manage project communications and stakeholder reporting Degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Business or related field ~5-7 years of project management experience, preferably within L&D, HR, or corporate training in the financial services industry ~ Solid knowledge of project management methodologies and tools ~ Familiarity with LMS/LXP platforms, virtual delivery tools, and content authoring systems ~ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills ~
