Hiring for a Chinese leading motor vehicle companyResponsibilities:⚫ Provide legal support and advice on business operations in Spain and the EU.⚫ Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.⚫ Ensure compliance with Spanish, Catalan, and EU laws and regulations.⚫ Support the establishment and implementation of the company’s compliancemanagement system.⚫ Handle legal disputes, claims, and litigation, coordinating with external law firmswhen necessary.⚫ Provide guidance on labor law, data protection (GDPR), and corporategovernance matters.⚫ Conduct legal risk assessments and deliver solutions to mitigate potential risks.⚫ Prepare regular legal reports and updates for management and HQ.⚫ Support training sessions to enhance legal and compliance awareness within thecompany.Requirements:⚫ Bachelor’s degree or above in Law; admission to practice law in Spain preferred.⚫ 8+ years of legal experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in multinational companies. MUST IN MANUFACTURING COMPANY.⚫ Strong knowledge of Spanish labor law, commercial law, Catalan law, and EU compliance requirements.⚫ Experience in GDPR, corporate governance, and compliance systems.⚫ Fluent in Spanish, Catalan, and English; Chinese is a plus.⚫ Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.⚫ Strong communication and problem-solving skills with business-oriented thinking.⚫ Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment.
