We are experts in knitwear, crafting pieces that embody elegance and durability, inspired by personal stories and travels, and reflecting the essence of the contemporary woman.Lebor Gabala is looking for a fashion designer to join our HQ team. You will be involved in the creation and development of each season’s collection and your role will be based at our Head Office in Barcelona, in an inspiring and creative environment.Key responsibilities :Participating in the design and development of the entire creative design process alongside the head designer, from brainstorming the ideas to the final product.Following up on design details and development stages and ensuring smooth coordination across departments.Taking ownership of collection timelines and calendars to make sure all deadlines are met.Research, development and selection of the fabrics as well as of fashion trends to be up to date and assure an innovative collection.Create sketches and technical files for garments and participate in fittings.Demonstrating a special sensitivity to the use of colors, fabrics, and textures.Skills & Requirements :University Degree in Fashion Design.3+ years in a similar role.Spanish language proficiency is desirable.Fluency in English is required, other languages are a plus.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams and with external partnersProactive, with a strong sense of initiative and ownershipApply now to join our team, send your CV and portfolio to
