The role requires a strong academic background in linguistics—including syntax, semantics, pragmatics, morphology, phonology, and sociolinguistics—and a passion for language, technology, and clear communication.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate or edit linguistically rich content (grammar guides, syntactic analyses, usage explanations, examples) for NLP pipelines.Identify and resolve issues related to ambiguity, bias, and grammaticality.Perform quality assurance on model outputs for fluency, tone, factual accuracy, and linguistic appropriateness.Annotate linguistic datasets with syntactic, semantic, or pragmatic labels.Support internal teams through linguistic research and summarizing findings.Apply linguistic knowledge to evaluate model behavior, error patterns, and generalization issues.QualificationsDeep understanding of linguistic theory and language structure.Experience in computational linguistics, corpus analysis, language data annotation, or LLM training is a plus.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Application ProcessTo proceed, you will complete two assessments: a linguistic and analytical skills test and a Versant English Proficiency Test. xcskxlj You will also register on XConnect, our internal job platform, to complete your profile and manage onboarding.
