Schedule: Rotating shifts, 35–40 hours/week
Language: Dutch (fluent), English (preferred)
Role Overview
Join an international entertainment studio in Madrid as a Live Studio Host. This is a camera‑facing, high‑energy role where you will present live interactive entertainment shows in Dutch, working in a modern studio environment alongside a supportive team. No prior experience is required.
Key Responsibilities
Present live shows in Dutch
Engage viewers in a fun, interactive way
Deliver energetic, camera‑ready presentations
Work collaboratively with the studio production team
Requirements
Fluent in Dutch (on‑camera level)
Comfortable on camera
Strong communication skills and natural charisma
Energetic, focused, and adaptable
Available for rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, night)
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: €1,500/month
Dutch language bonus: €4/hour (on camera)
Performance bonus: up to €3/hour
Average monthly total: €1,850–€2,100 gross
Permanent contract from day one
Relocation support: flight/train to Madrid, 25 days accommodation, €1,500 relocation bonus
Paid training (2 weeks)
Gym access, meal vouchers (€40/month), private health insurance (after 6 months)

Team events & social activities
Work Schedule
Rotating shifts, 4–5 days/week + 2–3 days off
Example shifts: Morning: 07:55–15:00, Afternoon: 14:55–23:00, Night: 22:55–08:00 (+20% extra pay)
Schedules shared in advance with option to swap shifts
