As Local Quality Assurance Manager for Iberia, you will lead the Affiliate Quality Management System and GxP activities to ensure regulatory compliance and a culture of quality. You’ll act as the local QA representative, drive continuous improvement, and oversee audits, supplier oversight, and risk management. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate global quality needs and foster a patient-centered quality culture. This is an opportunity to shape quality governance in Spain and Portugal and support product releases and issue remediation.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Act as the Iberian cluster QA representative and establish the Quality Management System• Coordinate audits/inspections and oversee local supplier assessments• Maintain quality KPIs and QMS for GxP programs• Lead crisis prevention, CAPA follow-up, and remediation initiatives• Drive continuous quality improvement and governance across functions• Support local product release activities and distribution partner quality interface• Ensure training programs and audit readiness for GxP processes• Act as back-up QA Manager for GDPs and support regulatory inspections• Collaborate with Ipsen Global Quality Forum and translate global quality needs locally• Promote a quality culture focused on patient-centricity and complianceResponsabilidades• Experience in maintaining QMS for GDP and Distribution of Medicinal Products• Auditing experience: host/coordinate audits and inspections• Risk assessment experience• Approximately xcskxlj 1–2 years in a similar role (essential); 2–3 years preferred• Degree in Scientific discipline with GDP training (essential)• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese a plus• Knowledge of GDPs, GxP, regulatory requirements• Capable of cross-functional collaboration and problem-solvingRequisitos principales• flexible working hours• training and development programs• social benefits• competitive remuneration• inclusive workplace• employee support during application process
