A world-leading industrial organization is looking to hire a Logistics Administrator to join a newly created team at its office in the province of Barcelona.
Outbound Management

Manage day‑day outbound shipping process in SAP.
Verify orders before transmitting them to the warehouse: volume, route, customer requirements, etc.
Process and release orders for pick and pack according to agreed daily/weekly/monthly schedules. Choose the optimal (efficient, economic and effective) transport service.
Schedule or modify deliveries as appropriate.

Claim Handling and Reverse Logistics

Manage customer claims: Recording, investigation, collection of supporting documentation, filing, recovery and general administration of assigned claims.
Manage the return process and ensure excellent customer experience.

Delivery Monitoring and Reporting

Proactively monitor trucks arrival and departure times at the warehouse and customer in order to ensure pick‑up and delivery times are met. Monitor loading and unloading reports on a daily basis.
Take ownership of any delivery‑related problems ensuring they are resolved without undue delay.
Generate and distribute regular reports according to agreed frequency.
