You will contribute to both strategic governance and hands-on solution development, ensuring our IT Hub delivers scalable, secure, and high‐impact digital solutions for teams across the organization.What do we offer?You will be part of an international company and join a growing IT Hub where you can continue developing your professional skills while contributing to high‐impact digital solutions.A multinational environmentA dynamic IT departmentHybrid work modelFlexible working hoursAttractive benefits package, including social benefits and competitive working conditions based on our internal agreement.Continuous training and professional development, with opportunities to grow your expertise in RPA, low‐code platforms, and IT governance.A positive and collaborative work atmosphere.How will you succeed in this position?A background in Computer Science, similar technical studies, or equivalent vocational training.Knowledge of RPA technologies, especially UiPath, including the ability to design, build, and troubleshoot automation workflows.Hands‐on experience with low-code development, particularly Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).Understanding of solution design, technical architecture, integrations, and automation lifecycle.Familiarity with API integrations, data sources and workflow logic.Experience working with governance, security, and compliance guidelines for automation or low‐code environments.Knowledge of Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and their configuration is a plus.Understanding of software development lifecycle, documentation practices, and version control (e.g., Git).Ability to engage with business stakeholders, capture requirements, and translate business needs into technical specifications.Skills to coordinate the implementation of solutions, following established governance and ensuring alignment with best practices.Experience with Scrum framework.Ability to perform testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of automationsCertifications in Power Platform (PL-200, PL-400, PL-900) or UiPath (Automation Developer Associate, Automation Business Analyst Associate) will be considered a plus.Ability to maintain fluent spoken and written English, as you will collaborate regularly with international colleagues and teams across different locations.About usTDK is a multinational company dedicated to the manufacture of electronic components.
