In this Maintenance Field Engineer role, you will support the RAM data collection and vehicle configuration control to sustain safe, reliable rail operations. Based in Madrid, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to optimize maintenance plans and leverage data for condition-based decisions. You’ll engage with suppliers and train teams, shaping maintenance practices for large regional projects. This is a hands-on, impact-driven position within a global, innovative rail solutions company.Compensaciones / Beneficios• Ensure RAM data collection for service operations and define data records per contract• Manage vehicle configuration changes with traceability and maintain as-maintained configuration• Operate infrastructure-based systems (MRX, PanMon, Gotcha) to support maintenance alerts and data-driven actions• Provide performance analysis and recommendations to internal/external stakeholders on IT systems• Support S&M Bid & Proposal budgeting for new initiatives• Update spare part lists and maintenance plans based on RAM analysis and field experience• Conduct Level of Repair Analysis (LORA) for cost-effective maintenance and feedback to design/standards• Support maintenance operations with troubleshooting and corrective actions• Prepare technical specifications for depot tools and coordinate with suppliers through reviews, installation, and commissioning• Provide training to team members and customers when required• Perform failure analysis for extrawarranty issues and manage supplier warranties• Validate Maintenance Manual and propose upgrades• Drive continuous improvement of maintenance activities and tools• Support project team activities with on-field analyses and process development• Ensure support to S&M procurement/QA during supplier assessments and approvals• Contribute to maintenance execution optimization and on-going improvement programs• Assist S&M Standards & Training in procedures development• Engage in on-field analyses to support contract requirements and performance targets• Ensure maintenance plans are implemented at xcskxlj depot and external sites• Report maintenance and safety defects and share operational data with customers• Develop technical documentation for workshop operations in line with safety requirements• Participate in depot and external-site maintenance plan executionResponsabilidades• Bachelor in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or similar technical degree• Minimum 3 years of railway vehicles maintenance engineering experience• Experience in maintenance plan optimization, complex troubleshooting and RAMS analysis• Ability to diagnose vehicle systems and interpret contract specifications and drawings• Willingness to handle large-scale regional projectsRequisitos principales•
