Our large-scale, carbon-neutral battery manufacturing project contributes to the European electrification ecosystem and supports the regional supply chain for battery production. /p pStrategically located next to the Stellantis Plant in Zaragoza, Spain, the Gigafactory will produce next-generation lithium iron phosphate (LFP) batteries with a capacity of up to 50 GWh. /p h3Join our team! /h3 pWe are looking for a Maintenance Manager who will ensure the optimal performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of production equipment within a specific part of the battery manufacturing production cycle, by leading maintenance strategies, supporting the industrialization of new production lines, and minimizing downtime. /p h3Your main responsibilities will be: /h3 ul liLead the overall equipment management strategy, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and efficiency of production assets. /li liDrive the industrialization of new production lines, overseeing equipment qualification and ensuring a smooth ramp-up to mass production. /li liEnsure rapid resolution of technical issues and lead continuous improvement initiatives to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance. /li liDevelop and lead the maintenance team, setting KPIs, building capabilities, and ensuring high performance and operational excellence. /li liDefine and implement preventive maintenance and cost optimization strategies to reduce failure rates and maintenance costs. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure equipment meets safety, quality, and production requirements while driving continuous process improvement. /li /ul h3Your profile and qualifications: /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation or related fields. /li liHigh level of English (minimum C1). /li liAt least 8 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the battery, manufacturing, or automotive sectors, with proven team management experience. /li liProficiency in PLC programming with at least two of the following platforms: Omron, Mitsubishi, Siemens, or Keyence. /li liStrong knowledge of at least one high-level programming language (C, C++, C#, or LabVIEW). /li liExperience working with industrial robots such as YAMAHA, ABB, KUKA, EPSON, or FANUC. /li liFamiliarity with vision systems and CCD control technologies (e.g., Cognex, Omron, Keyence). /li liSolid technical drawing skills, including basic mechanical design and advanced electrical schematics using tools such as SolidWorks, Eplan, or AutoCAD. /li liAvailability to work onsite at our facilities in Figueruelas (Zaragoza). /li /ul h3What we offer: /h3 ul liThe opportunity to be part of an international and diverse team, participating from day one on the launch of a strategic industrial project. /li liHigh- impact role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. /li liProfessional growth and visibility within a transforming organization. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
