The Hapimag Paguera Resort is located on the beachfront. The resort features 239 apartments, a restaurant, a beach restaurant, a cocktail bar, a supermarket, tennis courts, outdoor pools, and an indoor pool.
Our resort is looking for an open-minded and service-oriented person to strengthen the technical services department as a Maintenance Technician (f/m/d).
What you can expect
Ensure compliance with all local and company regulations.
Daily monitoring of the condition of the apartments after a departure
Take charge of the maintenance of the hotel’s machinery and systems.
Repair of defective machinery and installation
Repairs of minor defects
Record the data on the development and results of the work.
What you bring along
Demonstrable experience in a similar position.
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of German or English will be valued.
Basic skills in plumbing and carpentry.
