We are looking for a Marketing Designer with a strong focus on high-impact visual content for social media and digital channels. This role is key to communicating product value through compelling visuals, dynamic content, and a strong brand presence, particularly within digital health audiences. Location: Remote (Europe preferred)Reports to: Product Design Lead Who We Are Axo Longevity is building Europe’s first high-performance longevity platform. Membership starts at €190/year and includes deep testing, personalized insights, and access to a platform designed to make health data understandable and actionable. Your job is to make the Axo experience feel as tight and magical as an Apple launch - From the first ad someone sees to the moment they open their health dashboard. Responsibilities Design and produce visual assets for social media across multiple formats. Create audiovisual content (short-form videos, animations, dynamic pieces). Generate high-impact visuals, including the use of AI tools for image creation. Adapt content for different platforms and audiences. Collaborate with marketing and product teams on campaigns and launches. Ensure visual consistency and high-quality standards across all outputs. Must-have Requirements Advanced proficiency in Figma. Proven experience designing and producing content for social media. Experience in audiovisual content creation. Experience in digital health, Health 3.0, wearables, or optimization applications. Strong ability to create high-quality, high-impact visual assets. Nice-to-have Knowledge of Webflow. Experience generating images using AI tools. Exceptional attention to detail. Strong visual taste and aesthetic sensitivity. You’re the kind of designer who: removes unnecessary elements simplifies complex information obsesses over spacing, typography, and hierarchy You’re comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, where ideas evolve quickly and collaboration across product, growth, and brand is constant.
