OverviewThe Materials Analyst is responsible for controlling material flow to ensure 100% on‑time delivery to customers, zero material shortages, and achievement of financial and inventory targets. The role works cross‑functionally to support uninterrupted production and logistics excellence.Key TasksControl and monitor material movement to prevent shortages and production stoppages.Coordinate engineering changes with customers, planners, engineering, warehouse, and production teams.Ensure 100% stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and discrepancy resolution.Track and resolve at‑risk materials, including escalation management for stop shipments.Schedule materials according to customer demand while controlling inventory levels and month‑end targets.Maintain zero loader errors, supplier discrepancies, and booking issues.Monitor supplier performance, attend reviews with underperforming suppliers, and ensure zero arrears.Control scrap levels and manage supplier returns related to quality claims.Ensure compliance with logistics governance, authorization processes, and cost controls.RequirementsMinimum 3 years’ experience as a Material Planner in a manufacturing environment.Strong knowledge of material planning, inventory control, and logistics processes.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken).Strong communication, problem‑solving, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
