About the Role
We are supporting a global biopharmaceutical company in hiring aContract Medical Science Liaison (MSL)to supportPhase 3 clinical trialsin Respiratory / Rare Disease across Spain.
Spain is a key country for these studies, with a high number of active trial sites, and this role will be critical in ensuring strong site engagement, high‑quality data generation, and successful trial delivery.Key Responsibilities
Clinical Trial Start‑Up
AttendSite Initiation Visits (SIVs)and deliver scientific presentations
Supportsite identification and feasibility assessments
Provide input onstudy protocols and scientific positioning
Participate ininvestigator meetingsto build early relationshipsTrial Execution & Site Support
Build and maintain relationships withinvestigators and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
Conductregular site visits across Spain
Provide ongoingscientific and disease area expertise
Supportpatient recruitment strategies and site performance
Identify, escalate, and help resolvesite challenges
Collect and sharecompetitive and clinical insightsCross‑Functional Collaboration
Partner withClinical Trial Operations (CTO)teams
Contribute toinvestigator meetings and study updates
Providetimely reports and actionable insightsafter site visits
Supportsite retention and issue resolution activitiesYour Profile
Experience
Prior experience as aMedical Science Liaison (MSL)
Experience supportingclinical trials (Phase 2/3 preferred)
Background inrespiratory, pulmonology, cardiology, or rare diseaseshighly preferred
Proven ability to engage withKOLs and clinical investigatorsEducation
Advanced degree (PharmD, PhD, MD, or MSc)Skills & Competencies
Strongscientific communication and presentation skills
Ability to buildcredible, trust‑based relationships
Highlyself‑sufficient and field‑oriented
Excellentproblem‑solving and stakeholder management skills
Willingness to travel extensively across SpainLanguages
