Job Purpose
You will lead field-based medical engagement across Andalucía, Extramadura and Canarias to support our mission of uniting science, technology and talent to get ahead of disease together. You will build trusted scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, professional bodies and institutions. You will capture and share real-world medical insights that shape strategy and improve patient outcomes. We value collaboration, clear scientific thinking, and a drive to learn and grow. Main Responsibilities
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
Develop and deliver a national external engagement and advocacy plan aligned to therapy area strategy.
Build and maintain one-to-one scientific relationships with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders and professional bodies.
Capture and share actionable medical insights to inform Medical, Commercial and Research & Development teams.
Design and lead educational meetings, advisory boards and scientific workshops with cross‑functional partners.
Provide timely and balanced responses to unsolicited medical enquiries and support clinical study engagement where appropriate.
Ensure all field activities comply with company policies, local laws and ethical standards.
Basic Qualification
We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals.
Degree in life sciences, pharmacy, medicine or equivalent healthcare qualification.
Experience in the pharmaceutical industry or medical affairs department.
Strong knowledge of the Spanish healthcare system and stakeholder environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and a good level of English.
Ability to travel regularly within the country.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model with regular field presence.
Residence in Andalucía is preferred.
Preferred Qualification
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus.
Experience leading medical engagement or advocacy programs at national level.
Experience working within multi‑disciplinary or matrix teams.
Track record of supporting clinical research or investigator‑initiated studies.
Familiarity with health technology assessment and market access considerations.
Strong skills in virtual engagement and delivering scientific content via webinars.
