This is not a back-office role; this is aunique opportunity to accelerate your career. About the Role As an M&A Analyst,you will be a core member of the deals team from day one. You'll gain unparalleled exposure to the full transaction lifecycle, working side-by-side with associates and partners to deliver exceptional results for our clients.They are looking for a highly driven individual ready to take on significant responsibility and make a tangible impact. What You'll Do Drive Deal Execution: Play a critical role in the origination and execution of live M&A transactions, from initial analysis to closing. Develop High-Impact Materials: Create and manage key transaction documents, including pitch books, financial presentations, and information memorandums. Build Complex Financial Models: Take ownership of building and managing sophisticated financial models for business valuation, LBOs, and other complex analyses. Conduct In-Depth Analysis: Perform exhaustive market research, competitor analysis, and identification of potential investment opportunities for clients. Support Senior Team: Collaborate directly with Associates and Partners, providing analytical support and contributing to the strategic direction of ongoing transactions. What You'll Need An outstanding academic record in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. 0 to 1 year of relevant full-time experience in M&A, Private Equity, or Transaction Services A highly analytical mindset with impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to delivering flawless work.
