✍️ WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Strong professional experience in backend development , preferably using Rust
Experience designing and maintaining microservices and backend APIs
Solid experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Bitbucket Server, OpenShift)
Strong scripting skills in Bash and Python
Understanding of mobile DevOps concepts for iOS and Android
Experience integrating CLI-based mobile build and publishing workflows
Ability to work independently in a complex global IT environment
Knowledge of agile methodologies and source control tools (Git)
Fluent in English ; Spanish is a plus.
Hybrid work model: 1 day per week on-site (likely Tuesday) .
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
Design, develop, and maintain backend services for Mobile DevOps platforms using Rust
Contribute to backend services for the Employee Superapp (MVP phase)
Design and implement microservices for digital wallet cards (Apple Wallet & Google Wallet)
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines for iOS and Android applications
Enhance and maintain DevOps tooling using Bash and Python
Integrate mobile build and release processes into Jenkins / OpenShift pipelines
Provide technical support and enablement to mobile development teams
Ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance
Collaborate with global teams in an agile environment
Identify improvements and introduce new tools to optimize workflows
