Key Requirements

At least 4 years of experience working with .NET 6/8
Cloud Computing (Azure / AWS / GCP): Deep understanding of cloud architecture and concepts; platform-agnostic. Azure is preferred but not mandatory.
Event-Driven Architecture and Distributed Systems: Must have significant hands-on experience; lack of exposure is a major concern.
Databases: Strong SQL expertise for optimization and performance tuning. NoSQL knowledge is a plus but not essential.
Infrastructure as Code: Understands concepts of IaC (Terraform, ARM, etc.); conceptual understanding is more important than specific tooling.
Scalability and Observability: Demonstrated experience working with high-traffic, low-latency systems; understands key performance metrics.
CI/CD: Deep understanding of continuous delivery and integration practices, regardless of the specific tool.
Communication: Clear, structured communicator who can explain technical topics effectively.

AI Tooling Proficiency: Use one or more AI tools to optimize day-to-day work (drafting, analysis, research, or process automation), recommend effective use, and spot workflow streamlining opportunities. (Include in every posting. xcskxlj )
