Overview
In this role, you act as the operational face of the Project Management Chapter within Roche, ensuring priorities, resources, and delivery stay on track. You work within a leadership team to align business needs with chapter direction and collaborate across Finance, Portfolio Management, and Project Management. You drive resource planning, capacity reviews, and cross-functional coordination to enable timely project delivery. This position offers the chance to influence how projects are governed and executed in a diverse, inclusive environment with real patient impact.
ResponsabilidadesRepresent the chapter in your business area and act as primary contact in operational forumsBuild partnerships with Finance Business Partners, Portfolio Management, and Business Operations leadersTranslate business priorities into actionable direction for the project management networkBridge strategic decisions and operational execution in your areaOwn the operational rhythm: snapshot prep, capacity reviews, and resource planningCoordinate resource allocation with Sub-Chapter Leads across portfoliosAnticipate demand, identify gaps, and mobilize the right peopleForm teams or squads to address urgent portfolio or project needsAlign timelines across Finance, Portfolio Management, and Project ManagementCollaborate with Network Lead and cross-functional partners to ensure coverage and governance
Requisitos principales10+ years in Diagnostics, Life Sciences, or related fields in project management or related functionsScientific, engineering, or business backgroundDeep understanding of project and portfolio management in product development and product careStrong operational instincts and proactive executionProven ability to lead through influence in a complex matrixBusiness and financial acumen and understanding of delivery impact on outcomesExperience working with cross-functional stakeholders at multiple organizational levelsWorking knowledge of Planisware, MS-Office, G-Suite, and familiarity with Trello, Miro, SmartsheetFluent in English (verbal and written)Willingness to travel 5–15%leadership through influencestakeholder managementstrong communicationPlaniswareMS-OfficeG-Suite
