Job description
At Nippon Sansowe are promoting the use of our networks for employees in several areas (Wing,Equals,Young,CDC), and a Network Manager is needed to support these Employee Resource Groups so they can be successful. We strongly believe that employees have great knowledge and experiences that are interesting to share with their colleagues, enriching the knowledge transfer and the sense of belonging to our organization. Networks are a great way to explore new areas and create new experiences inside the company.
Each network is asked to have a full structure that will allow its success. The structure has been defined by a working group formed by Euroholding and IT employees, and it has been approved by European senior leaders. Each network includes a sponsor and a lead, together with a core team, some defined strategic goals, a roadmap, different working groups, etc. Networks need continued engagement and participation to be alive, and the Network Manager will be in constant communication with the team to ensure this is happening.
During the first months, the Network Manager will need to make an analysis of our current networks and identify the gaps between the current structure and the desired one. Next steps will include agreeing to a plan with each network lead and making a follow up, ensuring framework consistency among all networks. Other responsibilities of the Network Manager will consist of giving answers to the requests of new networks in coordination with HR Europe.
This role is not a full-time job; it will be a new responsibility to the person holding it.
Job requirements
Main criteria to consider is having:
High English level, at least B2.
Meets or Exceptional performance rating in last year’s PDP.
On Trend or Upwards for last year’s development trend.
