Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, target, and engage potential clients in mobile apps, gaming, e-commerce, fintech, and hospitality.
Relationship Building: Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs and how our UGC solutions can drive results.
Sales & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new clients, from initial outreach to closing deals, while tailoring pitches and solutions to client needs.
Client Onboarding and Management: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth transitions and clear communication about expectations and deliverables.
Collaboration: Work closely with the Creative and Production teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective communication between the client and internal teams.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on trends in UGC, performance marketing, and digital media, providing insights that can help enhance client strategies.
Requirements:
Experience: 3+ years in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within digital marketing, UGC, or creative services.
Proven Track Record: Strong experience in new business development, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling proposals and deliver persuasive pitches.
Customer-Centric: A strong focus on building and nurturing long-term client relationships.
Self-Starter: Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com, Asana).
Passion for UGC: A genuine passion for content creation, social media platforms, and the role of UGC in marketing.
