Rovi is looking for a Project Manager for our new products department at our plant in SSRR. Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and manage projects for new product introduction, including technology transfers, process changes, and improvements. Set timelines and monitor project progress to ensure successful and timely delivery of established objectives. Coordinate and effectively communicate with internal and external teams to ensure goal alignment, effective collaboration, and information exchange. Identify, evaluate, and manage risks associated with projects, developing mitigation strategies, and taking corrective actions as necessary. Collaborate with other departments such as production, quality, procurement, and logistics to ensure efficient and coordinated project execution. Ensure compliance with quality standards and applicable regulations in all new product introduction activities. Supervise and control the project budget, tracking costs, and ensuring efficient use of financial resources. Regularly report project progress to management and relevant stakeholders, providing updates on milestones achieved, identified issues, and actions taken. Manage process and technology change, assessing impact, developing implementation plans, and ensuring successful transition. Identify improvement opportunities, analyse results, and key performance indicators, and develop and implement corrective and preventive measures. Foster a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment within the new product introduction team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences, or a relevant discipline. Proven experience in project management in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in new product introduction. Solid knowledge of pharmaceutical sterile manufacturing processes and applicable regulations. Knowledge of project management methodologies and related software tools such as MS Office, MS Project, Smartsheet, among others. B2-C1 level of English proficiency. Project management certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are advantageous.
