Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca - Destination by Hyatt is seeking a dynamic Night Auditor who will be responsible for the preparation and disposition of all night audit work as well as all Front Desk duties during the overnight shift. This will include cash control, preparing and balancing various reports, responding to guest service issues, and managing check-in and check-out processes. Additionally, balancing the accounts from the day shift is required. Key Responsibilities Oversee the night audit process, including balancing financial transactions and generating reports. Ensure all financial records are accurate and up-to-date. Provide professional and courteous service to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction. Handle guest complaints, requests, and emergencies efficiently. Oversee the check-in and check-out processes for late arrivals and early departures. Handle guest requests such as wake-up calls and other needs. Maintain knowledge of accounting principles, data entry, and computer systems. Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Be a team player. Qualifications: High School Diploma or College Degree is highly preferred. Previous hospitality experience is preferred. Knowledge of accounting principles, data entry, and computer skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to handle guest requests professionally.
