The Opportunity: Non-Executive Director (NED)We are seeking experienced, strategic leaders to join the Boards of Directors of our high-potential startup clients as a Non-Executive Director (NED) with the potential to invest as well. This is a part-time, remote role that offers a unique opportunity to shape the trajectory of groundbreaking companies focused on sustainability and positive impact. Working closely with the client startup's CEO and existing Board of Directors to provide high-level strategic guidance and oversight. Leveraging your network and insights to support the startup's fundraising efforts, primarily focused on Pre-Seed to Series A capital raises. Governance & Oversight: Ensuring robust corporate governance, risk management, and strategic alignment in the client company. We are seeking seasoned professionals with a proven track record in leadership, investing, and/or scaling early-stage companies.
