We are looking for a Contract Assistant Specialist with the following qualifications: At least 4‑years working experience in travel agency or hotel booking, contracting reservation process or pricing. At least 2‑years contracting experience in the German Market. Good knowledge of the German Market and competitors. Ensure that contract updates are made correctly (SPO, EB, Stop Sales etc.) and assist the reservation department. Analyse market trends and identify new streams of business. Follow up on contract performance, allocations, special offer requests and price comparisons. Good knowledge of MS Office. Good level of English. Requirements Located in Mallorca. Good communication skills, able to explain complex situations in a simple way. Ability to manage multiple tasks and strong daily follow‑up skills.
