The role focuses on characterizing olive oil quality under varying conditions and supporting Catalan olive oil sector through technical services during harvests.The candidate will coordinate projects, lead grant-related activities, mentor students and collaborate across genomics, chemometrics, and process technology. Fluency in English is required.
