In this interactive role, you won’t just handle basic inventory logging. Instead, you will act as the backbone of our operational excellence, bridging the gap between digital orders and high-end boutique floor presentation. Specifically, you will take charge of digital fulfillment logistics, stockroom structure, and loss prevention procedures. By doing so, you will directly eliminate stock presentation bottlenecks, protect our premium luxury assets, and ensure our international clientele enjoys a flawless omnichannel shopping experience.
Job Description: Omnichannel Stock Coordinator
Your Mission: Flawless Inventory Logistics & Premium Storefront Support
Your primary goal involves driving boutique operational success by maintaining an immaculate back-of-house ecosystem and executing digital orders with absolute precision. Therefore, you will manage online order dispatches, run meticulous stock counts, and minimize shrink hazards through active loss prevention protocols. As a result, you will optimize fulfillment speed for e-commerce clients, ensure seamless floor replenishment during seasonal launches, and uphold ZIMMERMANN’s strict global safety and presentation standards.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Online Order Dispatch: Process, pack, and ship omnichannel digital orders rapidly and accurately, maintaining our premium luxury presentation standards.
Stockroom Organisation: Structure back-of-house storage systems logically to ensure the sales team can locate sizes and collections effortlessly.
Stock Inventory: Execute routine inventory counts, audit incoming shipments, and handle database updates to keep stock levels fully synchronized.
Loss Prevention: Implement strategic loss prevention measures to minimize inventory discrepancies and protect boutique merchandise.
Seasonal Launches: Support the floor team during collection transitions, managing stock distribution to match visual merchandising guidelines.
Retail Administration: Complete necessary operational paperwork, receipt logs, and documentation required by corporate management.
Work Health & Safety (WH&S): Maintain a safe, clean, and hazard-free warehouse environment in compliance with corporate safety codes.
Who You Are: The Detail-Oriented Operations Professional
Proven Experience: You bring 2 to 5 years of verified experience in stockroom coordination, inventory management, or high-end retail logistics. Experience navigating department store frameworks like El Corte Inglés is an advantage.
Operational Excellence: You possess exceptional organizational skills, a strong eye for minute details, and a natural ability to multitask under pressure.
