At ASTEK Iberia , we are looking for a profile passionate about OpenShift, automation, and modern DevOps practices to join our financial sector client and help operate and automate mission-critical financial infrastructure used across Spain and Switzerland. Main responsibilities: Operate and evolve a global OpenShift platform Automate operational processes to reduce manual effort and improve reliability Improve alerting and speed up incident resolution Install, upgrade, and maintain OpenShift clusters Manage and resolve tasks assigned to the team’s support desk Work closely with other technical teams in an international environment Who are you? Strong automation mindset 3+ years of experience operating or administrating OpenShift Hands-on experience with: Argo CD (GitOps), Helm, GitLab CI/CD, Ansible, Terraform, Grafana & Prometheus, APIs Experience deploying OpenShift clusters on VMware Experience with OpenShift installation and upgrades Fluent English (written and spoken) Who are we?
