Head of Customer ServiceGrowing international iGaming operator is looking for a Head of Customer Service to lead onsite support operations from its Melilla office.The role will focus on player support performance, team management, escalations, service quality, and operational improvements across regulated markets.Requirements:Strong iGaming Customer Support leadership experienceExperience managing operational/support teamsUnderstanding of player operations, RG, payments and escalationsFluent Spanish and EnglishSalary circa €50-55kHands-on and office-focused mentalityLocation:Melilla based, relocation, or weekly travel from Malaga/Madrid requiredFully onsite roleFlights and accommodation covered for commuters
