International iGaming operator is hiring an Operations Manager to oversee Customer Support, Payments and Fraud operations from its growing Melilla hub. This is a fully onsite role focused on team leadership, operational performance, escalations, and day-to-day management within a fast-paced casino environment. Candidates must have: Strong iGaming operations/customer support experience Exposure to Payments, Fraud or Player Operations Team management experience Fluent Spanish and English Salary circa €55k Location: Based in Melilla OR Open to relocate (accommodation provided by potential employer) OR Able to travel weekly onsite from Malaga/Madrid
