The Ops Builder role strengthens operational capabilities, driving efficiency, cost optimisation, and fast scaling. The Operations Builder role The core responsibilities are to build and strengthen our operational capabilities and scale our platform efficiently to handle fast growth, cost optimisation, and product diversification. Responsibilities Launching and iterating on new services made to scale fast. Pushing for automation and efficiency gain of our processes. Setting up monitoring for a granular understanding of our processes. Identifying risks and areas of improvement. Improving the overall financial efficiency of our model. Leadership & Collaboration Bringing the Ops vision in the Company roadmap. Co- navigating through different teams to make things happen. Coaching more junior colleagues. Contributing to team development (hiring, structuring, etc.). Experience & Skills At least 3 years of professional experience in Operations management or entrepreneurship. Fully fluent in both English and Spanish. High level of structure, strong analytical skills, and SQL fluency for data analysis. Capability to build automations (Zapier, n8n, etc.). Strong at launching and steering projects by setting the high level vision and monitoring day‑to‑day progress. Optimizing processes while never compromising member delight. Comfortable in fast‑paced environments, dealing with uncertainty proactively. Love to collaborate with transversal teams, hands‑on and challenge past decisions.
