Now, we're looking for a talented Strategy & Operations Manager to join our Operations team and take ownership of key strategic initiatives that will fuel our next stage of growth.Your mission:Build and optimize scalable processes to sustain REVEL’s rapid growthWork cross-functionally with leadership across and beyond Operations to tackle critical business challengesLead strategic projects with real-world impact on our growth, efficiency, and customer experience. Examples include: i) Deploying AI across Operations to boost speed, quality and scale ii) Rethinking how cars get to customers faster, cheaper, smarter iii) Defining and executing go-to-market strategies to accelerate our international expansionWe're looking for someone who:Has 1-3 years of experience with operations and / or strategy content (e.g., within consulting, tech companies, FMCG)Is comfortable with ambiguity and loves turning complex problems into actionable solutionsCombines analytical rigor with strategic thinking and strong executionCommunicates clearly and confidently across teams and levelsSpeaks fluent Spanish and English; other European xsgfvud languages are a plusWhy join REVEL?Drive key projects end-to-end with significant responsibility and trust from day one.
