We’re looking for an Operations Strategy Trainee to join our team in Madrid and play a key role in shaping the future of neuro-contextual advertising at a global scale. Your Challenge As Operations Strategy Trainee, You Will Analyze metrics and KPIs to identify market trends, detect issues, and uncover areas for operational improvement. Extract actionable insights from data and ensure dashboards are always up to date and ready for consultation. Support the creation and validation of financial models to assess the viability of new projects and business opportunities. Automate data uploads using advanced functions to minimize manual errors and improve process efficiency. Structure and organize Google Sheets logically, ensuring files are clean, scalable, and easy to maintain. Design presentations and visual materials that translate complex data into clear insights for team stakeholders. Monitor key business indicators to identify any deviations that may impact expected results. What You’ll Need to Succeed You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Business Analytics, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field. You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced functions and data analysis tools. You have a good level of English (minimum B2). You possess an international and multicultural mindset and are eager to work with global teams and clients. You are proactive, open to learning, and unafraid to propose new ideas and improvements.
