We are looking for an experienced OT Security Engineer / Industrial Cybersecurity Consultant to support a global shopfloor security program across visibility, network segmentation, system hardening, and supplier security.This is a permanent contract role working closely with SOC, OT, and engineering teams in industrial environments.Key ResponsibilitiesImplement and operate OT security controls across industrial networks and systems.Deploy and manage SIEM, IDS/IPS, and OT security platforms (e.g. Claroty).Monitor, analyze, and tune OT security alerts, logs, and detection rules.Act as escalation point for OT-specific incidents and coordinate response activities.Support incident response, forensic analysis, and root cause investigations.Collaborate with SOC teams, OT engineers, and local IT support.Deliver OT cybersecurity training and awareness programs.Travel regularly to manufacturing / plant (KW) sites.Required Skills & KeywordsOT Security / Industrial CybersecurityICS / SCADA / PLC environmentsSIEM, IDS/IPS, OT monitoring toolsClaroty (or similar: Nozomi, Dragos)Incident Response & Forensics (OT)Network Segmentation & HardeningSOC collaborationManufacturing / Industrial environmentsIEC 62443 (nice to have)Contract DetailsType: Freelance / Contractor / Independent ConsultantDuration: 12 months with annual extensionsRate: up to 300 €/day (depending on experience)Location: Remote, with on-site onboarding at client's offices.Start: ASAP
