Service Manager for operations Order to Cash
We are looking for an experienced Service Manager – Order to Cash to support global operations and ensure service stability across SAP and non-SAP environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily escalations of production issues on a global scale
• Represent OTC interests in projects, ensuring visibility and proper resource allocation
• Stakeholder management for critical projects, incidents, and operational topics
• Oversee day-to-day operations of 4 internal global resources and 3–4 external resources
• Lead regular calls with Global Process Owners and Global Process Leads for approvals and alignment
• Collaborate with Service Managers across other services (ITF, RTR, etc.) to maintain operational stability
• Manage priority small-scale projects to ensure timely and accurate delivery when required
Requirements
• Fluency in English (mandatory)
• Proven Project Management experience
• Experience leading international teams
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels
• Strong SAP SD experience (ECC required, S/4HANA is a plus)
• SAP ITF experience is a plus
• 15+ years of total SAP experience
