Join our Iberia Systems and Software Solutions team as an Outside Sales Engineer, where you'll lead strategic sales efforts for our Machinery Health Management Protection portfolio across Spain. You'll work hand-in-hand with our Account Sales team, focusing on high-value projects, modernization initiatives, and growth opportunities that matter.
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Identify and pursuit new business opportunities, including greenfield projects, modernization initiatives, and migration from competitors.
Develop and execute strategic pursuit plans for high-potential customers and projects, leveraging market intelligence and customers insights.
Lead the sales cycle from opportunity identification through proposal development, negotiation, and deal closure.
Engage with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations to uncover business needs and position Emerson's value proposition.
Collaborate closely with Account Sales Managers to leverage existing relationships and ensure alignment on customer strategy and utilize our subject matter expertise as well as our service engineers to ensure customer satisfaction.

For This Role, You Will Need:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in new business sales, experience in Condition Monitoring, Protection Systems and/or Plant Asset Management preferred
Familiarity with key industries such as Power, Chemical, Energy and Water & Wastewater
Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Strong presentation and negotiation skills
Technical background in mechanical or electrical engineering
Knowledge of process industry and B2B sales
Willingness to travel extensively in Spain and occasionally across the Iberia region
Fluent in Spanish and English Language
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
Familiarity with key industries such as Power, Chemical, Energy and Water & Wastewater.
