Overview
In this role you will lead packaging automation engineering and design for PepsiCo’s Foods network in EMEA, guiding capital projects from greenfield to debottlenecking. You’ll drive CoE standards, supervise design and scoping, and partner with manufacturing, commercialization, and JV partners to deliver efficient, scalable packaging solutions. The role combines strategic thinking with hands-on engineering leadership to unlock productivity and sustainable improvements at scale. You’ll operate across multiple plants and travel internationally to meet business needs.
ResponsabilidadesLead design and scoping of major Foods capital projects across ~75 plants and multiple operating unitsProvide engineering design expertise and ensure adherence to PepsiCo standardsSupport execution teams to deliver strategic projects and optimize packaging operationsCollaborate with Co-Manufacturers and Joint Ventures on project design and implementationLiaise with commercialization on new go-to-market initiatives (e.g., canister and e-commerce)
