Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end Paid Social campaigns, primarily on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and LinkedInSupport campaign execution across Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, Performance Max, YouTube)Create and optimize ads (copy, targeting, and creatives)Run A/B tests to continuously improve campaign performanceMonitor and optimize campaigns on a daily basis to achieve KPIsAnalyze campaign data and prepare performance reportsOptimize the full funnel: traffic → leads → conversionsManage organic social media channels and execute content strategiesCollaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure campaign successRequisitos RequirementsMinimum of 3 years of experience in Paid Social campaign managementProven experience with Meta Ads and LinkedIn AdsWorking knowledge of Google Ads (Search, Demand Gen, PMax, YouTube)Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Looker StudioExperience managing organic social media accountsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisionsNative Spanish speaker with fluent EnglishStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities xcskxlj Nice to HaveExperience with TikTok Ads, Reddit, or SnapchatExperience with reporting tools such as Power BI or CRM platformsFamiliarity with CDPs or marketing automation tools (e.g., Marketo)Previous experience managing people or mentoring junior team members What We OfferOpportunity to work in a dynamic and international environmentExposure to multi-channel digital marketing strategiesCareer growth and development opportunitiesFlexible hybrid working model
