Experteer Overview As Partnership Director, you will grow Insider One’s Partner Network with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators, driving alliance-driven sales and expanding partners’ digital optimization practices. You will manage executive relationships and guide go-to-market plans across global offices, shaping the partner program and ensuring adoption. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and product feedback, delivering measurable partner-driven growth. - Develop and grow Insider One’s partner portfolio across global offices
- Generate and manage a partner pipeline and leads for expansion opportunities
- Support partner onboarding and communicate partnership processes
- Create success plans for agency adoption and expansion to end clients
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Partner Success to grow channels
- Negotiate partnership terms and present the Insider One Partner Programme
- Become an expert on the Insider One platform, optimization practices, and product roadmap
- Set regular meetings with global offices to gather updates and drive deployment of the Partner ProgrammeResponsabilidades
- Solid experience in partner/agency development and management
- Leadership experience with digital agencies, consultancies, and system integrators
- Strong business acumen and SaaS model fluency
- Proven ability to manage executive relationships with partners and customers
- Ability to set targets and develop plans to reach them
- Influence product and engineering teams based on partner insights
- Excellent organizational, presentation, and written/verbal communication skills
