Besides this there will be room to develop yourself in exciting side projects.Main responsibilitiesManages job posting and advertisement processesScreens applications and selects qualified candidates.Schedules interviews; oversees preparation and ensures alignment in interview questions and other hiring & selection materials.Conducting interviews for a wide range of goals and keeping the main stakeholders up to date about the progress.Collaborates with onboarding plans and induction presentations.Preparation and joining some campus recruitment and career fairs.Administration and project for the VP People & CultureSupports with reports, recruitment trackers and administrative tasks.Qualifications and requirementsCurrently enrolled in the last course (or just graduated) in Labour Relations and Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar.Possibility to establish and internship agreement with your University.Preferably, be available to start in January-February 2026Availability: 40h/week from Monday till Friday during a minimum of 6 months internshipFluency in English (oral and written).
